About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected.

As a core member of our Investor Services team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.


Your Role**:

  • You will review the subscription agreements.
  • You will follow up with Investors on missing documentation.
  • You will maintain all electronic and physical Investor records.
  • You will maintain bank accounts for Funds assigned.
  • You will prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases.
  • You will produce Investor statements and correspondence.
  • You will assist with various projects as assigned.

About You:

  • You have a postsecondary education.
  • You ideally have 3 years' experience in Client Services.
  • You possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills.
  • You will have an advantage if you have knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts is preferred.
  • You have experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferred.
