How You'll Make an Impact as a Business Development Manager:

  • Creates and implements strategies to identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities for sales revenue growth within a specific geographic area.
  • Develops account sales plans with a focus on retail and high-margin prospects.
  • Establishes relationships with customers, conducts sales activities, and collaborates with recruiting teams for successful business.
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge about products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinates sales presentations, engages the Field Organization, evaluates competitors, and more.
  • Attends workshops, reviews publications, and participates in professional societies to stay updated.
