Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a tidy reception area

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence
  • Solid administrative skills including proofreading and attention to detail
  • Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer serviceoriented approach

Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
