Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and other thirdparty logistics providers (3PL)
- Provide account management support to key clients
- Conduct inside sales activities to promote logistics services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze data to improve supply chain operations
- Support sales management in achieving revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive cost savings
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
- Sales experience and clients or customer contacts is a plus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
