This position is work-from-home, with some flexibility in hours, but it does require availability during specific office hours in Eastern Standard Time.
The Bilingual Digital Accounts Manager is a client-facing role that will be responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts and campaigns, including Google Ads campaigns, Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns, and SEO projects, to ensure that these campaigns and projects hit their targets.
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for understanding client goals and priorities and ensuring they are met with the help of the Digital Marketing Specialist and the rest of the Warrior Digital team.
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage a number of client Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads accounts with a focus on delivering excellent client service, hitting key performance indicators, and communicating relevant results
- Manage monthly client budgets and ensure that accounts are not under or overspent
- Manage account access and set up for new client accounts, and set up and manage tracking with both Meta Pixels and Google Ads/GA4 Analytics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives
- Review monthly marketing reports to ensure accuracy and create executive summaries for clients, and recommendations for optimization
- Support the creation of report templates that present relevant data to clients in ways that are accessible
- Communicate with clients around key performance indicators
- Ensure that deliverables (reports, recommendations, and audits) are complete, accurate, and meet the client's needs
- Project manage the development of social media calendars (finding photos, drafting captions)
- Set up and review all tracking for Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and SEO metrics
- Set up reporting dashboards and monitor performance
Professional Competencies
- 35 years experience with Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and organic social media management
- Experience with SEO and a knowledge of common industry teams, metrics, and benchmarks
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and accounts
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate results, recommendations, and action items in meetings and in writing
- Fluent French, ability to write and proofread French ads and social media posts
- Highly selfmotivated and ability to organize and manage workload independently
Technical Competencies
We are also using AI tools such as ChatGPT, so familiarity with these tools would be a plus.
This position will start with 5-10 hours per week with the potential for more hours in the future. For the right person the 3 month contract will be extended on-going.
