Riva is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Programs Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in this position by executing and optimizing marketing programs through various channels. You’ll be responsible for developing ABM and digital programs, SEO/SEM, and developing, optimizing, and executing multi-channel nurture programs to drive velocity. You need to have a desire to make a significant impact on the prospect and customer experience and have a customer-first mindset.

**WHO ARE YOU**

You are an experienced B2B tech marketer with a passion for using data to drive multi-channel campaigns and programs that accelerate revenue growth You’re an expert at uncovering insights about targeting key accounts, improving the buyer’s journey, and finding new channels to engage with buyers. You advocate for testing and optimizing programs while delivering results. You want to be hands-on with the programs and technology that help you repeat what works and scale fast.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**More specifically, your duties will include**:

- Create, launch, test, and monitor LinkedIn ads, Google AdWords search, display, and retargeting campaigns
- Work with third-party content syndication vendors and launch and optimize content syndication programs
- Monitor SEO rankings, work with the web agency on improvement suggestions, and execute changes on the website to improve SEO and buyer experience
- Drive comprehensive digital and social media efforts, including creating, launching, testing, and monitoring the performance of social media posts, digital campaigns, landing page performance, company web pages, and micro-sites
- Help with driving awareness and attendance of in-person events and programs
- Manage and execute webinar programs, including driving attendance, managing the digital event, and automating the post-event follow-up
- Support organic social media, digital advertising, website content, data analytics & reporting, and other projects that the company deems important
- Ensure campaigns, reports, and projects are functioning properly while escalating improvements of tools and processes as needed

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital and social marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B environment
- Experience working with digital marketing tools (I.e., Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Adwords, Ahrefs, UTM codes, SEMRush, Pardot, Salesforce)
- Ability to oversee the ad design and copywriting process
- Solid understanding of the customer journey and continuous improvement via programs testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce exceptional work (written, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) independently and efficiently
- Experience in A/B testing and optimizing landing pages
- Experience driving multiple growth experiments at once and establishing a measurement framework
- Ability to prioritize marketing initiatives by business impact and scalability
- Strong team player, as well as the independent ability to take initiative
