As a Bilingual Point of Care Education and ImplementationSpecialist you will be responsible for:
Providing training to new customers onCritical Care products in Acute-Care settings (primarily EmergencyDepartment, ICU, OR, Lab) in both French and English Providing implementation, post-go live and continued educationsupport Supporting POC Solutions Specialist in preparing Product and POCsolutions overview presentations and technical product demos Supporting POC Solutions Specialist in forecasting with estimatedgo-live dates Acquiring and sustaining high level of product knowledge,technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, healthcare market knowledge anddevelop high degree of personal efficiency Being highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks andprojects simultaneously Collaborating with the entire Siemens Healthineers team includingTechnical Applications, Field Service, Business Management, Contracts, Financeand Lega Managing clinical and technical questions from customer with theability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve product issues in a timelymanner by efficiently navigating the internal network of collaboratingdepartments within Siemens Healthineers. Required skills tohave for the success of this role:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a Health Sciences specialization. Bilingualism English / French language: The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):· Therole requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers acrossCanada and/or internationally;
· Therole requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside ofQuebec, nationally and internationally;
· Therole requires using software or technology that is available only in English
Excellent negotiation and risk management capabilities. Experience working within a hospital/POC setting with a clinical/technical background –specifically Emergency Department Nurse, POC coordinator, ED Physician, Cardiologist or MLT. Deep understanding of hospital hierarchy including key decisions makers and approval pathways to implement new testing technology.
