We are looking to create a pool of Special Needs Education Support Assistants for both permanent and temporary, full-time and part-time roles that may become available during the upcoming school year. Positions may be filled at any time for roles that commence within this timeframe.

Oakwood Primary School, which opened its doors to Pre-Primary and Kindergarten students in 2018, will expand its offerings to include Year 6 in the following year, all within modern, purpose-built facilities. The school serves the local communities and is recognized as an Independent Public School. As a Positive Behaviour Support School, we emphasize the importance of explicitly teaching and positively reinforcing expected behaviours. Additionally, they will help prepare and maintain the learning environment by organizing equipment, materials, and resources for classroom use, ensuring safe and clean storage after classes and activities. Organizational skills and initiative are crucial for this role, as these abilities will also support teachers in attending to the general care and well-being of students.
