About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Overseeing office activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Shipping and receiving of technology
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Keeping the office clean and organized
  • Planning and coordinating social events for the office
  • Ordering snacks and refreshments for the office

Must-Haves:

  • Flexible onsite availability
  • Able to be physically present in our Toronto office located at 171 East Liberty Street, 12 days per week as required.

Who You Are

  • Relevant experience in office management or similar administrative role (or equivalent transferable skills)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Asana, and Slack.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with social event planning and coordination
