About the Role
What You'll Do
- Overseeing office activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment and ordering new supplies as needed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Shipping and receiving of technology
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Keeping the office clean and organized
- Planning and coordinating social events for the office
- Ordering snacks and refreshments for the office
Must-Haves:
- Flexible onsite availability
- Able to be physically present in our Toronto office located at 171 East Liberty Street, 12 days per week as required.
Who You Are
- Relevant experience in office management or similar administrative role (or equivalent transferable skills)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Asana, and Slack.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with social event planning and coordination
