About the Opportunity
- Works in conjunction with the Receiving Department to receive, stamp and match invoices to merchandise paperwork
- Responds to vendor inquiries and follows up on all outstanding invoices
- Reconciling invoices and monthly statements
- Maintains files and performs general office duties (i.e. telephone inquiries, photocopying)
- Process cheques, EFT, and wire payments.
- Participates in month-end procedures including compilation of outstanding invoices
- Assists with the keying of expense invoices on an occasional basis
About You
- 2+ years of experience with AP in a high volume (including reconciliations, matching PO's)
- Dynamics 365 is an asset
- MS Excel Pivot tables and v-lookups experience
- Strong communication skills
Hourly Rate
$22 - $26/hr
