Rental Accounts Collector Role

Toromont Material Handling is seeking a skilled Rental Accounts Collector to contribute to our team's success. This role involves analyzing accounts receivable, investigating late payments, and collecting overdue amounts from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze accounts receivable related to the rental business unit.
  • Investigate the root cause of late payments and contact customers to collect overdue amounts.
  • Control PO due dates on active agreements and update rental agreements to reflect the latest PO.
  • Submit cycle invoices through customer portals and control re-rent units (AP and AR).
  • Collaborate with the team on projects related to the rental department.
Requirements:
  • Education: E.C. in administration or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Bilingual French and English (an asset).
  • MS Office software knowledge, including Word and Excel, and DBS/SAP system (an asset).
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
