Secretary/receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Answer the phone and take messages or direct calls where appropriate
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Coordinating meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Keeping minutes from meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years office experience
Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
