Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries through various communication channels.
- Focus is on incoming leads as well as call outs to contracts, corporate leads and reconnects.
- Qualify leads to determine their level of interest in the company's products or services.
- Sample requests
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to persuade customers to purchase.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure a positive customer experience and foster longterm relationships.
- Maintain a high level of service to existing and new customers: responding promptly to requests for quotation, delivery and after sales service, as well as introducing new products to accounts, where applicable
- Online demos to prospects, using the website as a sales tool.
- Call outs to customers for reorders, retention, or cross sell opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new brands, new logo's as required.
- Assist Customer Service or Sales Team as required.
- Attend Tradeshows in North America
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Other duties as required by the Sales Manager.
