Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Focus is on incoming leads as well as call outs to contracts, corporate leads and reconnects.
  • Qualify leads to determine their level of interest in the company's products or services.
  • Sample requests
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to persuade customers to purchase.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure a positive customer experience and foster longterm relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of service to existing and new customers: responding promptly to requests for quotation, delivery and after sales service, as well as introducing new products to accounts, where applicable
  • Online demos to prospects, using the website as a sales tool.
  • Call outs to customers for reorders, retention, or cross sell opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company's CRM system.
  • Assist in onboarding new brands, new logo's as required.
  • Assist Customer Service or Sales Team as required.
  • Attend Tradeshows in North America
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Other duties as required by the Sales Manager.
