About the Job

Airenergy HVAC Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills to generate new business leads and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and team success.
