What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers
  • Maintain accurate configuration of all variables in Service Call booking and Dispatch systems
  • Configure all internal technician profiles in capacity planning software with proper skillset and zones
  • Configure all contractor partner profiles and manage Regulatory suspensions in software
  • Train new Workforce Planning team members on capacity planning software and WFP processes
  • Project work to support new system functionality and Reliance initiatives. Leverage knowledge of FSM and capacity planning software to recommend new solutions for improved performance
  • Produce regular reporting to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to explain any deviations from trends
  • Work crossfunctionally with other departments to solve complex problems affecting multiple teams

  • Postsecondary education and equivalent experience in capacity planning and dispatch optimization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can evaluate needs of the business and deliver a simple solution
  • Robust attention to detail
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Must be flexible and willing to take on a wide variety of challenging tasks
