Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Netsuite support specialist to enhance our operations by providing comprehensive assistance to employees regarding all facets of Evvo's Netsuite system.

Our focus lies in implementing circular economy principles for large enterprises and governmental bodies, with a particular emphasis on mobile device management, including smartphones and tablets.

Our innovative approach extends the lifespan of devices while alleviating mobility-related inquiries from our clients' IT departments, a service we refer to as Delegated Mobility Management.

Our proprietary technology offers significant benefits in terms of data security, environmental sustainability, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness for our clients.

Our mission is to contribute to environmental preservation, one electronic device at a time.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for Netsuite to employees.
- Generate insightful reports, conduct data analysis, and create dashboards.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various business sectors for enhancements and updates.
- Document existing and new processes, assisting in the development of work instructions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain organized documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite.
- Possess excellent database skills for both design and data manipulation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, including billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, auditing, and reporting.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership, planning, and organizational skills to effectively manage projects with diplomacy and tact.
- Maintain a high energy level with the ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic environment.
- Provide confident support and user training across various departments.
- Experience with ERP integration, implementation, and testing (NetSuite is an asset).
- Familiarity with data migration, import processes, and automation.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
