Accounts payable technician.

Your missions?

Work in collaboration with the financial controller for everything related to bank reconciliation and analysis of accounting items.

But still?

  • Make deposits in the bank and computer systems and perform bank reconciliations
  • List of accruals payable at the end of the accounting period
  • Calculations of accrued interest on loans
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts with auxiliaries for all periods
  • Keeping the Capital Assets Auxiliary Up to Date
  • Reconcile prepaid expenses at the end of the period and analyze balance sheet and income statements
  • Make intercompany entries and exchange rate entries

  • Academic background : DEC in Finance and/or university degree

Experience : Experience in the manufacturing field of 3 to 5 years

  • Fluent written and spoken French, functional written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Excel and excellent understanding of the accounting cycle. Good knowledge of GST and QST rules. Mastery of JDE ERP.
