Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at MERLIN & ASSOCIÉ CPA INC. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
