This person will report directly to the Senior IT Business System Analyst and will work directly with internal customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into systems solutions.
In the role of IT Business System Analyst, you will be joining a world-class IT team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.
Providing administrative support for enterprise business systems, with primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP).Acting as liaison between business units and IT groups.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Taking part in implementations or improvement opportunities (being both proactive and reactive).
Consulting with business partners on how to efficiently utilize technology.
Participating in the evaluation, analysis, and planning of business needs and risks.
Articulating and clearly documenting business and system requirements.
Application testing, including organizing user testing sessions; creating detailed test plans and test cases; conducting testing; Interacting with vendors who may provide consulting, training, and support for enterprise applications.
Leading or taking part in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; A college graduate with a 4-year degree.
Possessing 3+ years of relevant experience in a business or IT role, with 1+ year of experience as a business system analyst.
Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud.Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and reacting quickly.
Able to provide business analysis, application support, and assistance to business users in identifying and evaluating new systems and procedures.
An effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Comfortable working with collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft 365.
Able to work onsite at one of our facilities in Chattanooga, TN (USA) or Halifax, NS (Canada). Experience with ERP, HRIS, and CRM applications/solutions.
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
Experience supporting or using
Experience with SQL, query tools, and/or reporting and analytics.
Experience with Data Governance and Data Management.
Project Management experience or certification.
A bachelor's or graduate degree in Business or Information Systems; or comparable business experience.
