***Reporting to the Manager Infolink Sales, the InfoLink Project Manager/User Support will manage multiple InfoLink projects simultaneously. They will engage in customer product/system analysis and planning pre-sale to determine project feasibility and execution to plan. The InfoLink Project Manager/User Support will effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using standard principles, methods, and techniques. This role prepares internal and external customers for a successful implementation by planning, training, and managing support service processes, and helps others support InfoLink products as needed. This role is ideally based out of Mississauga and will require extensive travel.

  • Coordinate hardware availability, shipment, technician availability, customer IT infrastructure and InfoLink resources. Develop customer standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver, develop, and support the retail network with conducting business reviews and consulting with end users on sustaining use and improvement processes.
  • Analyze Crown InfoLink data and make recommendations on action steps.
  • Quote, sell and provide Crown InfoLink support services.
  • Participate in sales calls and demos as required.
  • Develop and support the retail network to provide webuser and operator trainer training.
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Valid driving privileges.
  • 3+ years of working experience in progressive sales support roles.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Canada (up to 50%), including overnight stays.
  • Advanced computer skills or aptitude is preferred.
  • Customer field support experience in the lift truck industry is preferred.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
