À ce poste en contact direct avec les clients, vous gérerez les relations avec nos clients les plus fortunés, en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et d'une compréhension approfondie de la planification de patrimoine et des produits de gestion de patrimoine.

Le gestionnaire de relations bancaires, Groupe clientèle privée, doit avoir des habiletés exceptionnelles à établir des relations de confiance avec les clients actuels et potentiels du segment supérieur HSBC Premier, les aider à déterminer leurs besoins et dépasser leurs attentes. Pour réussir à ce poste, il faut apprendre à connaître ses clients sur le plan personnel et professionnel afin de comprendre leurs objectifs financiers à court et à long terme, et allier cette compréhension à la connaissance du marché externe pour fournir des conseils financiers afin de créer de la richesse et préserver le capital.

Le titulaire du poste examinera régulièrement le portefeuille des clients du segment supérieur afin de repérer les occasions d'utiliser le savoir-faire propre à la HSBC, ses secteurs d'activité et les pays où elle est présente au profit des clients.

Responsabilités:

- Prendre en charge la relation du client avec la HSBC et offrir un service professionnel et des conseils financiers d'expert qui feront en sorte que le client considérera la HSBC comme sa banque principale.
- Travailler avec les employés de la succursale, des équipes de soutien et des équipes immédiates afin d'offrir aux clients des produits et des services de gestion de patrimoine distinctifs et d'atteindre les objectifs en matière d'indicateurs de rendement de l'entreprise.
- Utiliser ses connaissances approfondies des produits et services pertinents et savoir les adapter afin d'offrir aux clients les solutions qui leur conviennent le mieux.
- Maintenir les plus hautes normes d'excellence en matière de service à la clientèle en surveillant régulièrement la satisfaction des clients.
- Obtenir des résultats équitables pour nos clients et faire en sorte que nos pratiques contribuent à la transparence et au bon fonctionnement des marchés financiers.
- Assurer le respect des normes et des modèles opérationnels au sein d'une équipe de gestion intégrée.
- S'acquitter de ses fonctions de supérieur hiérarchique dans la prise en charge du responsable HSBC Premier attitré ou du personnel de soutien désigné.
- Travailler de concert avec toute l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs en matière d'indicateurs et du plan de rendement de GPSBP, dans une optique de service à la clientèle multicanal.
- Gérer le risque opérationnel à l'aide de l'information de gestion appropriée afin de déceler les situations présentant des risques et de réduire les pertes au minimum.
- Respecter le processus de vente et les exigences liées à la qualité des ventes.

Conditions
- Minimum de huit ans d'expérience éprouvée et progressive dans les services financiers, dont au moins trois comme gestionnaire de relations bancaires
- Excellents résultats en matière de recommandations aux clients et de ventes de produits liés à la gestion de patrimoine.
- Expérience équivalente de gestion des relations bancaires auprès de clients à valeur nette élevée, un atout.
- Excellente connaissance de la planification de patrimoine et des produits de gestion de patrimoine.
- Bonne connaissance de l'incidence de la macroéconomie, de la microéconomie et de l'évolution des marchés locaux.
- Connaissances avancées des cadres réglementaires externes applicables à la gestion de patrimoine.
- Souci du client et capacité à établir des partenariats à long terme avec les clients.
- Capacité à présenter des solutions adaptées aux besoins grâce à une com
