Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Relationship Manager to join our team at Worldsource Wealth Management. As a key member of our Partnerships and Transition team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Transition Management: Identify new business opportunities and manage the transition process for our advisors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our advisors and clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents and Director, as needed, including preparing corporate reports and coordinating the distribution of reports.
  4. CRM Database Management: Populate and manage our CRM database with relationship management information for our advisors and potential recruits.
  5. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute on-site events, including branch presentations and meetings.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis from various internal reporting systems to inform business decisions.
  7. Expense Management: Process and track expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  8. CE Credit Process: Manage all aspects of the CE credit process, from submission to delivery.
  9. Marketing and Recruitment: Prepare and manage internal recruiting documents, participate in the recruitment process, and develop business proposals and promissory notes.
  10. Transition Planning: Work closely with our Training, Operations, Compliance, IT, Accounting, and Registrations teams to coordinate and plan for orderly transitions.
  11. Client Communication: Provide proactive outbound communication with advisors and assistants, and develop and maintain excellent relationships through email, conference calls, and scheduled office visits.
  12. Problem-Solving: Act as a point of escalation for non-administrative related issues, taking full ownership of the resolution and championing the solution.

Requirements:

  1. Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  2. IFIC or CSC an asset.
  3. 3 – 5 years similar experience within the MFDA and IIROC investment industry.
  4. Superior written and communication skills.
  5. Willingness and ability to work independently.
  6. Effective management of projects, timelines, and priorities.
  7. Extraordinary client focus and strong professional acumen.
  8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
  9. Superior organizational and listening skills.
  10. Familiarity with Dataphile an asset.
  11. Excellent PC skills, including Word, IN-Design, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media applications.
