Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Worldsource Wealth Management. As a key member of our Partnerships and Transition team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advisors and clients, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our advisors and clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our advisors and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Transition Management: Manage the transition of advisors and clients to our platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents and Director, as needed, including preparing corporate reports and coordinating the distribution of reports.
  • CRM Management: Populate and manage our CRM database with relationship management information for our advisors and clients.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, working collaboratively with our teams to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Degree: A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the MFDA and IIROC investment industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Superior written and communication skills, ability to work independently, effective management of projects and timelines, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
