- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, human resources, and supply chain, to execute promotional campaigns, recruit top talent, and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit management within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence a diverse team of individuals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with restaurant management software is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
