Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management plus three (3) to five (5) years recent related experience in HR, Staffing or Payroll, including working knowledge of human resource information systems, preferably in a large multiunion environment.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of customer relationship/customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of human resource practices.
