Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at the College of New Caledonia (CNC). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the College's academic programs and services to prospective students, and for developing relationships with secondary school counselors, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student recruitment and enrolment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an annual recruitment plan to achieve the College's enrolment goals
- Represent the College at external and internal events, including Open Houses, career fairs, and education seminars
- Deliver recruitment presentations to prospective students and their influencers, both in-person and virtually
- Work closely with College staff, faculty, and administrators to assist applicants in becoming qualified applicants and enrolled at CNC
- Develop and maintain relationships with secondary school counselors, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student recruitment and enrolment
- Monitor and analyze application reports, and contact unqualified and incomplete applicants with strategies and tactics to enable prospects to become qualified applicants
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) specializing in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field of study
- 2 years or more directly related experience in student recruitment, admissions, academic advising, or related student services department, and/or marketing, communications, or related communications services department
- Familiarity with the secondary and post-secondary environment, as well as the life cycle of a student from recruitment to graduation
- Outstanding interpersonal and promotional skills, including experience in public speaking with diverse and different sized audiences, both in-person and virtually
