Responsibilities:

  • Works alongside CEO to maintain clinic flow and seamless service daily.
  • Counting retail & professional products to ensure accurate inventory management weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Preparing & placing orders to keep clinic stock with no shortages.
  • Supplier management & maintaining positive partnerships.
  • Preparing reports for sales & budgeting.
  • Social media & marketing management including posting on clinic Instagram stories and content creation.
  • Managing invoices for CEO, including billing to Medical Director.
  • Scheduling trainings for entire staff to ensure knowledge is current and keeping in line with trends in the industry.
  • Assisting with reports for gratuity, sales, and payroll.

Salary:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
