Coast2Coast First Aid and Aquatics Inc, the leading provider of Safety Courses and supplies in Canada, is seeking Full Time Representatives to join our team of dedicated CSR agents who are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to quote prices, book courses, and place orders for products and services to meet company goals.
- Enter bookings and track the status of bookings.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability of training, and follow up on payments.
- Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies.
- Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and enter data while thinking about solutions to offer customers.
- Effective and accurate decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to handle high volume calls.
- Strong time management skills.

From $19.00 per hour
