My client has been in business for over 20 years and is a leading Canadian insurance company that provides liability insurance to private practice lawyers.
They provide their clients with title insurance and legal service coverage for residential home purchases. They are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team.You will be responsible for developing net new businessYou will be selling the insurance coverage directly to private practice lawyersHybrid role - expected to visit clients in person and go into the office one day per week You will be expected to meet and exceed all sales targetsAbout you:College/University degreeKnowledge of residential conveyancing, the procedures and workflow of a real estate law practice and titleinsuranceKnowledge of Mortgage Lending, Banking an assetMinimum seven to ten years of experience in: business development role, mortgage lending, title insurance or real estate legal industry, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets for 5+ yearsAbility to develop and optimize a sales pipelineStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and develop relationshipsA valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are requiredWhat's in it for youGreat work/life balance.
