This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, and someone who can thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and who has an unwavering commitment to of course, someone who has a passion for tracking down new business opportunities

This ideal candidate for this role will likely be a sharp sales professional with previous CPG/OTC consumer healthcare experience (either as a rep or as an Account Manager), who understands the market and the various players (both from a customer and manufacturer perspective), and who has a strong track record of success - and passion for - hunting down new business.

Please note this is not an account management or "farming" existing business role, the successful candidate will be provided with leads and will be expected to utilize all available and reasonable resources to translate these leads into tangible sales-generating opportunities.

With success, this role will lead to more progressive and senior roles within the organization.

Identify and prospect relevant new products, brands, and companies in the Canadian market.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
A degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience.
Expertise in selling to senior-level professionals in industries such as Healthcare, CPG, Retail, and OTC.

High energy coupled with an entrepreneurial, creative, and strategic approach.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
Proficient in MS Office applications and data-mining.
