  • Use tools within the IronConnect platform to prioritize and document sales efforts.
  • Participation in weekly business development calls with Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Seeking 3+ years sales experience, ideally in a heavy equipment or software (SaaS) environment.
  • Must be located in (or within close proximity to) one of the four western provinces of Canada.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast- changing environment.
  • Comfort with all aspects of the sales process including cold calling, consultative/solution selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, onboarding, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and accurately forecast a book of business.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.

Company Overview:

IronConnect embraces a work-hard play-hard mentality. We've cultivated a culture that we believe fosters competition, growth, and success while also offering a healthy work-life balance. We believe that if you hire the right people you don't have to sweat the small stuff.

What We Sell:

IronConnect is an equipment dealer-focused company that offers solutions in the agriculture, construction, truck and trailer markets. We have created a platform where every dealer in North America can come together to sell, source, or trade equipment in a private wholesale marketplace.
