RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an ambassador for Real Estate & Workplace, using appropriate etiquette and professionalism at all times

  • A collaborative, team player who takes personal accountability to deliver on what is expected in their role and who strives for excellence every day
  • Shipping and Receiving services basic and customized to P&G
  • Receiving & dispatching courier parcels according to established schedule, including establishing communications and tracing of missing parcels
  • Picking up and delivering packages too heavy or large to be included in the mail process
  • Ability to lift 50lbs (i.e. boxes of printer paper)
  • Incorporate knowledge of mail services
  • Iron Mountain dock services (pickups and deliveries for internal customers)
  • Stationery Supplies ordering, managing inventory
  • Pro-Card reallocations / processing of courier invoices
  • Local vendor PO / Invoice processing
  • Misc. tasks as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use small hand tools
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, & techniques used in AV and telecommunications support
  • Must have a general knowledge of facility management terminology as well as the ability to understand and carry out general instructions in all types of situations without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Must be able to follow directions to set up/breakdown conference rooms
  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs and be able to climb & work on a ladder. Issue and replace access badges. Worked with Global Security (OneKey Team) when required to resolve an issue/assist when system updates occur. Work closely with site FM as a site security owner. Issue special badges and administrate access to restricted rooms based onsite FM directions. Additional duties include assisting with projects for the security department, track lost/issued buttons, provide site leader with monthly reports working with building security if required and maintaining updated site manual related to this role. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
