Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties:

  • Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel Requirements:
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
