Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Administrator, Operations is responsible for handling enquiries from security holders, their representatives, and the investment community.
The Administrator, Operations will also be working in workflow management, reviewing requests and conducting research along with other administrative duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond to enquiries which may include extensive research of various kinds of current and historical records.- Liaise with groups associated with the production of relevant tax forms to ensure accuracy.- Update status of each enquiry on the tracking system as the file progresses.- Perform data entry as required.- Identify and inform the Supervisor of complaints as well as trends and opportunities to improve service levels, apparent by the nature and number of enquiries.- Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by clients to their security holders and keep up-to-date on circumstances which affect the security holders especially security transfer requirements.- Maintain and provide monthly statistics for fee and performance reporting purposes.- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS- 1- 3 years of similar administrative experience preferred- Financial services industry experience, an asset- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google suite- Bilingual English/French, required- Onsite 5 days/week in office

This role is required to know a language other than French as TMX is an international organization with operations across the globe and its clients, shareholders, competitors, stakeholders, regulators and employees communicate in English.
