Focusing on imports and exports of seafood/fish, currently expanding their team and looking to add an experience operational administrator to support with logistics (imports and exports) and administrative tasks (invoicing/purchase orders).

- Liaise coordination between freight forwarder, factories, warehouse, and transport companies
- Planning the logistics (land, air and sea freight)
- Generate documentation (P.O.`s) for receipt, shipment and delivery
- Follow up on customer feedback locally and internationally
- Invoicing and admin with forwarders, factories, warehouses and transport companies
- Enter invoices into inhouse system (accounts payable, payments, etc.)
- Inventory tracking in inhouse system and warehouse
- Coordinate customs activities
- Participate in the administration and preparation of external audits for CFIA, MSC and other organizations
- Similar experience in the seafood or perishable food industry (required)
- 1 year experience in logistics or administration in similar field
- Experience in logistics (a major asset)
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and other MS Office suites
- Technofriendly
- Bilingual (French and English) 40% of clienteles are from Quebec
- Proactive, selfmotivated and collaborative
- Organized, flexible and versatile
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HS code system, CFIA, FDA and EU food regulations (an asset)
