Position Description Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a BILINGUAL Business Operations Coordinator in our Montreal location.

As a member of Diabsolut, the Business Operations Coordinator will report to the Director of Business Operations and will assist with the day-to-day operations of Diabsolut.

The Business Operations Coordinator will help drive forward our internal operational efforts. They will be responsible for the administrative support related to the Diabsolut Operations, Sales, and Professional Services teams.

Providing administrative support to the Operations team and its clients
Assist with translation of internal documents (English to French and vice-versa)
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for Senior Executives
Event planning and coordination for Diabsolut for both virtual and in-person events
Assist with travel arrangements for project team members and/or senior staff
Submit and reconcile expense reports for Senior Executives
Ensure all information in Diabolus's internal CRM system is accurate and up to date
Responsible for overseeing contracts and contract management repository in SharePoint/MS Teams
Responsible for tracking all certifications, trainings, voucher codes, and training expenses within Diabsolut
Assist with internal support ticket creation in DevOps for Operations
Other duties and projects as requested

Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office 365
Experience with MS Teams, Salesforce, Certinia and SharePoint (asset)
Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information
diploma in administration and/or 2-3 years of experience in related field
Must be FLUENTLY bilingual in French and English, written and spoken

Salesforce & PSA platform knowledge is nice to have.
