SUMMARY OF TASKS


Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and working closely with the Senior Vice President, Operations, the person will be responsible for providing national support to both groups and coordinate various initiatives.


How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Create and prepare various reports and PowerPoint presentations for the leadership team
  • Write, translate, edit and send local and national internal documents and memos, sometimes highly confidential (hirings, departures, appointments, restructuring, deaths)
  • Support the deployment of various projects, including the development of an HR Dashboard, tracking data and metrics
  • Ensure the coordination of various initiatives, including the annual salary increase and talent review processes
  • Coordinate the budget process for the two groups and ensure appropriate followups
  • Proactively look at ways to enhancing administrative processes to foster the effectiveness of both teams
  • Responsible for the Operations and national HR SharePoint site as well as the organization of the information in the Operations and HR shared folders
  • Organize various meetings, draft summaries, and follow up items
  • Coordinate and manage agendas/schedules; assist with travel arrangements
  • All other related administrative support/tasks
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Post-secondary Diploma in Office Technology or a related field
  • Experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and in English
  • Sense of initiative, highly collaborative and service oriented
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous high attention to detail
  • Strong sense of prioritization, organization, discretion, and time management
