Role:
Full Commission Sales Person

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to take your career to new heights? Talent Harbour Group is seeking a Full Commission Sales Person to join our team.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on building client relationships and driving revenue growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new clients within the executive search and recruitment sectors.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and industries.
End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools.

Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment, talent management, or professional services industry.

Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

Attributes:

Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, high level of professionalism, and ethical conduct in all sales activities.

Averaging a minimum 50 outbound B2B calls daily, aiming for quality conversations and meeting sales and KPI goals.
