This is a full-time remote role with travel as required for a Director of Institutional and High Net-Worth Sales at a client of Worthland Consulting Inc. This client is a leading crypto exchange at the forefront of the cryptocurrency industry, dedicated to offering commission-free cryptocurrency trading services and bridging the gap between traditional financial services and the cryptocurrency markets.

As a Director of Institutional and High Net Worth Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding the institutional and high net-worth client base in Canada and internationally. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key players in the cryptocurrency liquidity/trading space. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to attract and retain clients, leveraging existing relationships to bring substantial business, and managing full sales cycles of institutional and large transaction cryptocurrency and FX deals.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of institutional clients and stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the cryptocurrency industry. Client Acquisition and Retention:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain institutional and HNW clients in the cryptocurrency market.
Leverage existing relationships and networks to bring a substantial book of business.
Manage full sales cycles of institutional and large transaction cryptocurrency and FX deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the cryptocurrency industry.
Representation and Performance:
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing its visibility and reputation in the market.
Track and manage KPIs, finding ways to continuously improve sales performance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales/OTC within the cryptocurrency industry.
Mandarin speaking is a must for this role
Strong network of contacts in the financial and crypto sectors.
In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and regulatory environment.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA, CFA) are a plus.
