Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and manage key accounts in a designated geographic region, focusing on end-users, EPCs, contractors, and OEMs.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and joint distributor meetings to uncover needs, generate demand, and create product specifications.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor channels, and provide end-user and distributor training.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage sales agents to support distribution and end-user demand.
- Conduct market, competition, and product portfolio analysis to develop new markets, products, and pricing strategies.
- Track strategic projects, maintain CRM sales funnel, and contribute to monthly reporting, revenue forecasting, and business planning.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality assurance, and industry standards, with a focus on N299/NQA-1 and CSA/UL requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering either in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or Chemical
- 6 to 10 years of Business Development experience
- Experience in the nuclear market in Engineering
- Experience using CRM - salesforce, MS Dynamics
