Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Customer Assistance:

  • Provide basic information to customers about our inventory, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and maintain an organized appointment calendar.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing as necessary.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents and updating customer records.

General Duties:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is stocked with necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall operations of the dealership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
