Office Assistant

Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide front desk reception
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
- Support office staff with various tasks to maintain a productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Office Clerk, or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new computerized systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Coordinator is a plus
- Familiar with bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
From $16.55 per hour
