Office Administrator
Parkland Courier and Logistics is the reliable and economical solution for total freight movement.

We are a family-owned company known for our incredible customer service, and now we are looking for a new addition to our tight-knit team.

We are looking for a full time Office Administrator

Duties to Include:

  • Sage 50 data entry
  • Sage 50 experience is a MUST


Accounts Receivable
  • Invoicing and Collections
  • Accounts Payable
  • Biweekly Payroll for an average of 25 employees
  • Assistance to Senior Management
  • Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Microsoft Office capabilities notably Excel
  • Professional and courteous customer service

We are looking for:

  • A positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.
