We are an electrical company that serves the aggregate industry.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Parts ordering/pick up as required
- Help operations as required
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Bookkeeping, AP, AR, monthly bank recs, GST, PST, journal entries
- Process payroll and basic clerical duties
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain organized office systems and procedures

**Skills**:

- Experience with Sage 50 would be an asset
- Ability to learn processes and work independently
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and vendor management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred but not required
