Job Description

partner staffing is currently working to find an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis located in Acheson.  Our Client is a large oil and gas producer in the area.  

             

Description

This role will work directly with the Office Manager and provide support in everything from answering the phones, organizing meetings, to assisting with the accounting team.  In this role you will bring your broad experience to being able to support the team and the manager.  This is an in office role.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional individual and possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an officed based diverse administrative role.
  • High School or greater education
  • Better than average experience with all Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Some experience with SAP and SharePoint would be valuable.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • You are positive team player with exceptional attention to detail.
