We are seeking a Manager, Health Solutions to join our team in Toronto.

This role is responsible to provide support to Health Solutions Directors, People Corporation consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities will be to assist in the delivery of proprietary services, as well as health and wellness audits, drug utilization reviews, strategic annual plans, mental health training.

A solid understanding of digital health tools, behaviour change platforms and social media is an asset.


Deliverables include meeting a growth target, working with People Corporation consultants on sales, supporting new business and creating opportunities for health strategies.

This role works closely with the Best Life Rewarded business as well as various internal cross-functional teams.

The Manager, Health Solutions will:

  • Builds working relationships with internal teams to advance organizational Health & Wellness internally and externally.
  • Develops effective relationships with service partners ensuring optimal service levels and user experience.
  • Support and work closely with Directors of Health Solutions to activate services
  • Mange operational components of client service delivery and assist in the development of continuous improvement through process assessment.
  • Delivers wellness seminars, sales presentations, client information sessions and is comfortable speaking to large groups.

To be successful
as a
Manager, Health Solutions with People Corporation, you will need**:

  • University degree in healthcare, wellness, return to work or equivalent related field, required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of selling health and wellness programs, meeting sales targets and bringing valuable solutions to clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding fastpaced and deadlineoriented work environment.
  • Strong growth orientation and ability to cross sell wellness add health programs.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and principles pertaining to health and safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and present material for and to different audiences.
  • Diplomacy when dealing with (both union and nonunion), as well as external stakeholders.
  • Passion for employee wellness, safety and ability to execute both the strategy and the implementation of best practice.
  • Deep commitment to diverse, inclusive wellness and psychologically safe workplaces is a must.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Attention to detail, effective organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
**- Prior experience as a wellness and health professional, kinesiologist, social worker, health nurse is an asset.

  • Wellness certificate or degree/diploma or organization health degree preferred.
  • A solid understanding of digital health tools and social media is an asset.
  • Certification in workplace health, wellness or disability and return to work is desired.
