The INTREPID Lab at CAMH is a dynamic team dedicated to advancing care across the broader healthcare system through innovative digital health solutions and integrations. We span Research, Education, Healthcare system support, and Commercialization across Ontario and Canada.

Our Mission:

INTREPID integrates teaching and research to build system capacity today and translate research into practice faster tomorrow. Our work is data-driven, collecting and curating high-quality data and using advanced analytics to drive practice change. Digital health is integrated in nearly all of INTREPID's work.

Your Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Health Innovations Manager to lead our team in developing, implementing, and scaling impactful digital health resources, programs, and interventions. This is a full-time temporary (18 months) position reporting to the Director of Operations at INTREPID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital health solutions aligned with INTREPID's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital health tools.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for digital health initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented digital health solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field of digital health.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing digital health projects within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies, platforms, and applications.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
