Director of Health and Benefits Solutions

As a Director of Health and Benefits Solutions, you will spearhead significant client engagements that encompass the design and oversight of comprehensive health and benefits programs. Your role will involve shaping strategic initiatives and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while also engaging in opportunities to attract new clients. You will represent one of the foremost HR consulting firms in the marketplace and play a vital role in advancing the future of health care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, intricate clients in the development and management of their health and benefits offerings, which include:
- Analysis, design, cost-saving strategies, and funding models for benefit plans
- Vendor selection, negotiation, and optimization
- Integration of specialized health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy solutions, data analytics, and compliance strategies
- Significantly enhance Health and Benefits revenue by:
- Anticipating client requirements and introducing new solutions to existing clients
- Serving as the Health and Benefits authority in new client pursuits by devising tailored solutions to meet prospective clients' needs and assisting in their conversion to clients
- Supervise Consultants and Project Managers in the formulation and execution of project plans; finalize and present deliverables to clients
- Contribute to the marketing efforts of WTW by participating in conferences, authoring articles, and promoting the firm
- Lead the innovation of new Health and Benefits tools and methodologies; collaborate with executive leadership at vendors and clients to create next-generation solutions
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities by directly managing and mentoring fellow consultants
