About the Role

Aon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of health solutions to our clients. As a Consultant - Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing client deliverables, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Work with Relationship Leads to understand client strategies and coordinate with business units to ensure completion
  • Deliver work outlined in engagement letters and other initiatives as agreed upon
  • Project manage business unit delivery of work and ensure delivery according to scope of services and client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and services to Relationship Leads
  • Have broad knowledge of work performed by Health Solutions
  • Leverage specialty resources as required
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings related to deliverables
  • Attend and prepare for annual planning meetings
  • Develop partnerships with Relationship Leads and ensure service delivery aligns with benefit strategies
  • Coordinate onboarding of clients and establishing protocols with carriers
  • Advocate for clients on service or broking related items with direct support from applicable business units
  • Support Relationship Leads and finance with revenue recognition in Client Planner

The Consultant - Delivery Lead will drive year-over-year growth of client revenue by expanding revenue and services to existing clients and working with Producers to establish relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in the Health Benefits realm is required
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or similar area of focus is helpful but not required
  • Consistent track record of building, maintaining, and expanding effective professional relationships across multiple partner groups
  • High levels of Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ) and eye for business
  • Natural curiosity coupled with a positive mentality and approach to problem solving
  • Life Insurance license will be required within 12 months if not already held
