About the Role

Aon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of health solutions to our clients. As a Consultant - Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing client deliverables, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Work with Relationship Leads to understand client strategies and coordinate with business units to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and services to clients
  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge of health solutions and services offered by Aon
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events
  • Attend and prepare for annual planning meetings
  • Develop partnerships with Relationship Leads and ensure service delivery aligns with client benefit strategies
  • Coordinate onboarding of clients and establish protocols with carriers
  • Act as a client advocate for service or broking-related items
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in the health benefits realm is required
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, commerce, or a related field is helpful but not required
  • Consistent track record of building, maintaining, and expanding professional relationships across multiple partner groups
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and a keen eye for business
  • Natural curiosity and a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Life insurance license will be required within 12 months if not already held
